The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka is offering a certificate course on “Accounting For Non-Accountants (AFNA)”.
The course has been designed for all who have no or little accounting literacy but need to understand and appreciate how business transactions are recorded, summarized, and interpreted for commercial decision-making purposes.
Prospective candidates must fulfill the following criteria for admission: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, and Minimum 2 (two) years of work experience with reputed organization/s (work experience can be relaxed for exceptional candidates).
Candidates fulfilling the above requirements should apply using the prescribed application form available a www.iba-du.edu. Completed applications are to be submitted at MDP Office, Room: 402 (3rd Floor), IBA, University of Dhaka on any day between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm till October 24, 2015
Honors first year exam result of National University (NU) for the academic year 2014 will be published on October 12, 2015.
The result will be available at NU website (www.nu.edu.bd or www.nubd.info), says a NU press release. Candidates may get result through SMS from any mobile operator. To get the result through SMS, one have to write- NU(Space)H1(Space)Registration number and will have to sent 16222 number.
The written exam began on 21 May 2015 and ended on 6 July 2015 while the practical exam was ended on 17 September 2015. Some 1,80,517 students attended the exams from 557 honors colleges under 197 centers across the country.
The deadline of Masters final part (private) registration under National University (NU) has been extended to October 15, 2015.
A press release, signed by the university’s public relations, information and counseling department director (acting) Mohammad Fayzul Karim said on October 05, 2015.
According to the release, the registration for Masters final part (private) for 2012-2013 session begins from September 09 and continue till October 15, 2015.
